Located in the prestigious Turtle Creek area near downtown Dallas, Turtle Creek Center is surrounded by beautiful creeks, gardens and jogging paths. Reverchon Park is one block away. Park Place is a stunning 14 story black slate building offering a full service bank and on site deli.

Clients have access to two fully furnished conference rooms, as well as, two touchdown stations in the Business Lounge. Turtle Creek Center is equipped for videoconferencing with an LCD projector and DVD player available. Onsite professional administrative assistance and support is also available, as needed. Underground parking is provided for added convenience.

Turtle Creek Center is located across the street from the world renowned Mansion at Turtle Creek. Additional restaurants in the area include Texas De Brazil, Nick's Steak and Fish House, Perry's Restaurant, The Capital Grill, Mattitos Mexican Restaurant, The Hard Rock Cafe, Truluck's, and La Madeline French Bakery. The West End Marketplace is nearby and has several eclectic shops and restaurants. Central Market and Whole Foods Market are also close by.

Hotels in the area include The Mansion at Turtle Creek, Crescent Court, The Wyndham International, Bradford Home Suites and the Stoneleigh Hotel.

By Road:
    From North Central Expressway (US 75), exit Lemmon/Haskell Avenue, turn West onto Lemmon Avenue, Continue on Lemmon until you come to Turtle Creek and turn left (South). The building is located at the third red light on the right at Gillespie Street.

    From North Dallas Tollway, exit at Wycliff. Turn right (West) to Maple Street. Take a left on Maple. Follow Maple past Oak Lawn and then turn left onto Turtle Creek. The building is on the left at Gillespie.

    From Arlington/Ft. Worth, take I-30 East to I-35 North. Go North on I-35, exit Oak Lawn Avenue, and turn right After you have passed Scottish Rite Hospital, Maple Avenue is the next light. At Maple turn right and then turn left onto Turtle Creek. The building is on the left at Gillespie.

    From DFW Airport, take SH-114 east to I-35 South. Exit Oak Lawn Avenue, turn left. After you have passed Scottish Rite Hospital, Maple Avenue is the next light. At Maple turn right and then turn left onto Turtle Creek. The building is on the left at Gillespie.

    From South Dallas/Oak Cliff, take I-35 North. Exit Oak Lawn Avenue, turn right. After you have passed Scottish Rite Hospital, Maple Avenue is the next light. At Maple turn right and then turn left onto Turtle Creek. The building is on the left at Gillespie.

    East Dallas/Mesquite, take I-30 West. Exit US. 75/45 North. exit Lemmon/Haskell Avenue, turn West onto Lemmon Avenue, Continue on Lemmon until you come to Turtle Creek and turn left (South). The building is located at the third red light on the right at Gillespie Street.
